I purchase a Truck from ****** Ford. This truck was outfitted with a Rhino Pros service body per my request. I purchased this truck late February of 2021. Since I have been using this service body I have had quite a few issues. 1. Paint peeling from the body. No sign of primer underneith. This has now spread throughout the entire body. 2. Tail lights, brake lights, turn signals do not work properly. The tail lights stay illuminated even when the truck is off and the key has been removed from the ignition. 3. The latch mechanisms for the doors are broken and no longer hold the doors closed properly. This has happened to 5 of the 8 doors 4. The inner bed lights are no longer working. I have tried to contact the Ford dealership to get help with this issue with out any luck. I have talked with Rhino company and they tell me that it is not their issue. Although the bed is sold with a 4 year warranty. I paid $10k dollars for this service body and I feel it is bringing the value of my new truck down because of the issuea. I have even tried to source some parts to make repairs myself without any luck at all. I am looking to get this issue resolved quickly. I did not pay north of $55k dollars for a new truck outfitted with what was supposed to be the bed service bed on the market. It has become a daily burden.
