Monday 1/30/23 at 3:53 pm, I received the following MS Word attachment (with NO Company Header and No Signature): "Good Morning, It is with great sadness that Pro Tech RV Services will be closing its doors. With that being said, all units in storage need to be picked up by February 4, 2023. Thank you, Pro tech RV Services" I have stored my RV with Pro Tech RV Services since September 2022, at $45 per month, with last Debit Card transaction posting 1/4/23. As soon as I opened and read their attachment, I called Pro Tech RV Services on Tuesday 1/31/23 around 9:00 am, speaking with Michelle. I asked her why I didn't receive a 30-day notice and she replied that "they too did not get a 30-day notice for their Lease Renewal." Michelle provided a couple area businesses that may be of service, though those voice mails have not been returned. Note: I did find someone willing to store my RV for over 3X the monthly rate. Considering options and be overwhelmed by the short notice, around Noon the same day I called Michelle back, leaving a message to confirm they would be open on Saturday 2/4/23, with no response. To complicate matters, 1) I have personal guests visiting this weekend with previous plans confirmed months ago; 2) Lake Tahoe area has had an "Atmospheric River" event, piling feet on snow on everything in it's wake!
