We took our (then) 10 year old here for his birthday. Upon seeing the prices, signing up for their membership seemed the most financially logical. Unfortunately, life happens and we quickly realized we would not be using the membership enough to justify the price of $46.95/month. I have spent the last year trying to work with this company to cancel a membership for a service we NEVER used and they absolutely refused. They locked us in to a 12-month contract with no cancellation options. In addition to that after the 12-month period was over they kept us on an auto-renew for an additional 3 months until I realized we were still being charged. I've spend the last year fighting with this company and working with my bank to dispute the charges. There is a lot to be said about a company that forces their customers hostage for 12 months with no way of cancelling (I would've been happy to pay a fee!) for a service they aren't using, while the owner of the company did an interview in Feb 2022 gloating about $800m million per year revenue while the rest of America can barely afford basic necessities. $704.25 for a service/company we never even used. Criminal behavior. Be aware.
