My brother, a resident of Reno, died on February 26, 2022. He had a private mail box at UPS Store #****. I flew to Reno on March 4, 2022 to handle my brother's affairs. I went to the UPS store at **** ******** **** to collect his mail and arrange for mail forwarding to my home in Frisco, TX. A store employee Keith took my information, including my credit card info, and was to set up the mail forwarding. A month later, I drove to Reno from Frisco, TX to clean out my brother's storage locked and visit the Veteran's Memorial Cemetery in Fernley, NV. I called the UPS store and talked to Ryan and explained that my brother's mail had not been forwarded. Ryan said she would take care of the issue. The next day I visited the UPS store and met with Ryan. After picking up my brother's unforwarded mail, I set up with Ryan to have his mail forwarded. While cleaning out my brother's storage unit I came across paperwork showing that my brother paid $240.00 to the UPS store (Brandy B******* on January 4, 2022) for 1 year mailbox rental, of which only 3 months had been used. Three phone calls and one email were not returned from the UPS Store. Accordingly, I am requesting BBB to assist me to recover $160.00 of my brother's $240.00 (May 2022 - Dec 2022, 8 months unused box rental.
