On Nov 10th 2022, I had **** from All Hours Air come to my place to diagnose the heater issue. He told me it was a heat valve problem and charged me $129 for it. He then told me that he was going to place an order for a part and would get back to me to repair. I kept calling for **** for the next 4 weeks for an update and I never got any response. Finally on Dec 5th, 2022, **** said that he was placing an order for the parts and it would be on back order for 30 days. I then spoke to a supervisor **** to complain. **** said that he was going to look into it and get back to me on the situation. I called for **** for three times since Dec 5th and absolutely no word from him either. My heater is still not repaired. I have called another vendor rather than waiting for this company, I would like to get my $129 diagnostic fee back since they are not doing anything about it. This is a horrible company.Business response

We are really sorry you had this experience. **** did speak with you today and apologized. He has already authorized the refund and it was processed earlier today. I have attached the receipt from our credit card processor. Again I am sorry this took so long to get back to you.Customer response
