11/4/2023 10:18:20 PM they couldn't get my order right. I paid for food I didn't get. I tried to call the supervisor she was defiant and argumentative. I tried to get the number to corporate she refused. Numerous problems with this Taco Bell including serious health issues from other customers on Google reviews. Such serious health issues I thought I better contact BBB. Thank goodness I read the reviews. I've had numerous problems with the food at this Taco Bell along with the staff and drive-thru. I've had poor quality of the food. I've had the wrong food. Too many times I've driven home not to figure it out until I get there. I finally decided to write a review and thank goodness I didn't eat the rest of the food. I almost got sick on what little I did eat once I read the reviews. The food has been consistently disgusting. But I didn't realize how bad until I read the reviews. Didn't try to contact a supervisor until tonight. Realized what others wrote on the reviews was correct. Talking to a supervisor get you nowhere. But even worse is what is written on the reviews about the food. The refusal to get me corporates phone number after reading such horrible reviews I thought I better come here. I have had a plethora of experiences, bad, just like is stated in the reviews, at the Sun Valley taco bell. It needs to be investigated by the health department. But I don't know how to get that to happen.
