On 10/1/2023 I placed an order with Mercury screen printing for a ********* color **** quarter zip scuba hoodie with a ******** ******** logo that was advertised for the ******** ******** store. I paid $135.00 plus tax. I received a black hoodie instead. When I contacted the owner in regards to the order I was told **** color was no longer available and black was sent instead. I was not made aware of this and if I was I would have cancelled the order. The owner has not attempted to make this right.Business response

Hello, Thanks fo sending along message. The **** color of the **** ***** piece is no longer in stock, with no refill date in the near future. We communicated that we updated the color to black and the black piece was sent. I will reach out to her and figure out if she wants to go through the refund process. I ordered $481 in team affiliated gear from Mercury screen printing on 9/4/22. I was promised my items would ship “this week” four weeks in a row. Finally, I received my items and I got 1 item. I called Jeff, the owner, several times to which he was annoyed my me calling and every time I called he said he was looking into and would call me back. I did not hear back. I would like my items over night mailed to me as I have been waiting a very long time. if this cannot be provided I would like a refund asap.Business response

We are working with the customer to locate the shipment or get the items reproduced and sent out ASAP. She has given us some very unreasonable requests and calls, texts and emails us every 10 minutes.Business response
