PBC Services Inc is a company I would recommend for any concrete work. They were professional and punctual. The job was schedueled for 4 days and they completed it in 3 days. They went above and beyond to answer all questions I asked. They cleaned up upon completion.Review from Sandra M

PBC Services Inc. is the lawncare service for my condo association. A few weeks ago I opened my front door after they had been mowing & my storm door was shattered.. After contacting our management company the owner, Burt B***** contacted me & assured me that it would be taken care of. A few days later he met with me to measure the opening & go over what kind of storm door I had. A week later the new door was installed & was even nicer than the old one. Mr. B***** was a perfect gentleman throughout & even came back to do a minor adjustment that was necessary.

There has been a serious breach of contract with PBC Services Inc; and its president Burt B*****. The contract was signed May 28, 2022 between PBC Services Inc.; and Mr. Burt Bugbee and myself. Jerry T B********. In the contract, it is specified, and I quote, "using clean fill and tamping every 2" approx; fresh topsoil and peat/seed mix on top." My complaint is that clean fill & fresh topsoil was not used. In addition, a tree branch was broken off and not there remains a splintered branch on the tree in my back yard. My front and back yard has scattered broken pieces of glass, shards of glass, pebbles, stones and rocks which illustrates that the surfaces of my back & front yards do not show "fresh topsoil." Also, their trucks's tires made a deep depression If grass were able to grow; and I did not address the issue, then my lawnmower's blade would be hitting stones and rocks that could damage the blade. If left unresolved, it would be unsafe to walk barefoot on my property without potential walking on glass; stones; and rocks which would cause injury to the person walking barefoot. Mt. B***** was advised of the matter by text and phone. Mr. B***** agreed to come to my residence July &/26/2022, Tuesday to be paid; and review the matter regarding my issues. Mr. B***** was paid the agreed amt $4,900. 00 on &/26/2022; and whereupon we discussed my issues. His direct quote to me in a word was that I was "nitpicking." No resolution to my customer satisfaction was made as I found Mr. B***** was ungreeable and unwilling to correct the matter. ** My request with the BBB is that you intervene on my behalf with Mr. B*****; and PBC Services Inc. that at no additional expense to me he correct my issues. I request both the front and back yards be layered with "fresh topsoil: and properly seeded; and the backyard tree be pruned where the splintered branch remains; and that the area where the truck tires made a deep impression at the driveway entrance be leveled off and repaired.
