Walked off the job never corrected issues with both workmanship, materials used, as well as destruction to my driveway and is now seeking payment after abandoning for more than 2 years

During a review of our open contracts a few months ago, it came to our attention that the customer's project had fallen through the cracks. When we looked into what had happened, we were upset to find that he was waiting for some repairs on issues he had with the installation. We reached out to him to schedule a meeting to see what issues he has with the fence, but he will not agree to a meeting.We understand some time has passed. Aside from the issues the customer has, the entire project is complete and all materials have been installed in his yard, giving him full use of the fence. He now owes the balance of his contract, which is a substantial amount of money.We are more than willing to meet with the customer and rectify the issues. His desired settlement is not to be contacted by Arrow Fence. We do not feel this is fair. We feel we should have the opportunity to meet with him, repair the issues, and receive payment.
