  B&N Enterprises agreed via contract/invoice to complete specific tasks as part of "Spring tasks." This company has required that I follow up and chase down answers and updates, to move forward on these projects. Many texts confirm this, with replies indicating business operation issues or my project being a #1 priority, yet still not finalized. Currently, only half of these tasks have been completed. I wish to see the final tasks completed to my satisfaction or B&N Enterprises reimbursement for the unfinished tasks, so I can hire someone else who will actually follow up as agreed upon. I have been patient and understanding enough since Spring 2022, and we are now heading into winter. This company continues to post work completed on its Facebook page, yet my driveway and ramp, though functional, are not finished products that could contribute toward marketing of the company's work. I am not happy with the follow up or lack thereof from this company. Since my communication and movement has been unsuccessful and unheard, maybe through the BBB this will be taken more seriously. Thank you!

  Better Business Bureau:
  I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
  B&N Enterprise went to the property and completed only 1/4 of the project before they ran out of product. I received a text message at 11:48 am on Saturday, 10/29 from the owner indicating, "Well I'm 5-5 gallon buckets to short this stuff isint going is far as I thought its really think I just ordered more so I can finish next Saturday they only have one bucket rn in Rochester...and I got extra so we can hit the blotchy spots it'll dry a little bit lighter."

  I replied, "I called that didn't I. I questioned that on 9/15."

  B&N Enterprise: "Yes you did and it woulda been enough normally ten gallons of regular sealer woulda completed this but because it's got a stain it it it's much thicker and doesn't go nearly as far."

  In summary, my "Spring" sealing of my business driveway and ramp continues to be delayed demonstrated by this company's poor management of this project. This is beyond frustrating since this company had already received payment for this project.
