On Thursday, 9/8/2022, I went to PC ***** for a manicure and pedicure. They charged me $58. I usually pay by credit card, but I forgot my wallet home so I saw on their window that I could pay via Zelle. I confirmed the info with the nail technician and sent the $58 via Zelle. And owner claimed she didnt get it, so I checked by Bank application and it appeared as pending , so I told her it was being taken out of my bank. She insisted that I pay in cash, so I did. I went the next day to ask for my money back because the transaction went through but she refuses to pay me back, claiming she never got the money. My bank says they cannot reverse a Zelle payment, but I want my money back and Ive sent the owner several Zelle requests and texts and emails and Im getting no response from her. I need help!Customer response

At this time, I have not been contacted by PC Nail Salon II regarding complaint ID ********.I have sent multiple requests for my $58 via Zelle, but I have never received any response or feed back.
