      I wrote a Goggle review about an experience I had with this company in Summer 2022. I was left standing at the Kismet pick up point one evening. One pedicab had just left and I approached the other cab that was there, occupied by the driver. A woman was getting in on one side and I was entering the other side of the cab. The woman said to me "oh no you can't get in my boyfriend is coming and there is not enough room". Fine l said I will wait for the next pedicab, well within ear range of the driver. The boyfriend arrived and the pedicab departed. I waited and waited and now it was getting dark. No pedicab ever arrived to retrieve me. I have a torn Achilles tendon and believe me it was a horror getting back to my vehicle at *******************************************. The ** Pedicab driver employee should have either informed the woman I was getting into the pedicab for the transport back to Field 5 oR at least have informed me that it was the last cab. I would have found alternate means instead of waiting there for as long as I did.I wrote the negative review on Goggle. Never received any form of acknowledgment let alone apology. I wrote to the owner of the company and sent three letters to him and two email as well to follow up if ** Pedicab was at least aware of what had transpired,( as they were duly informed several by several means of communication) all without the courtesy of a response. My time is as valuable as any others and I do not appreciate the lack of courtesy of at least an acknowledgment to first my Goggle review and thereafter to my letters and email asking for same. I have uploaded copies of the letters and emails I wrote as well as the actual Goggle reviews. This complaint is being filed now because I have not had any response from Fire Island Pedicabs to any of my letters or emails over the course of time since this occurrence.
