On February 23, 2022, I ordered pet food from AZ Pet Food. It was order #****. I received notification that my order was received. I received the next email on February 25th stating my order was being shipped. It was shipped *** tracking number ******************. The next notification is an email stating it was out for delivery. This was March 22nd. I received the delivery, but seeing as it was delivered an entire month after the order, I no longer needed the pet food. Now I need to make a return, and all my attempts to reach AZ Pet Food have been useless. I found two phone numbers ************, which had a full mailbox with no way to leave a message, and another number, ************, which when called, stated that the number was no longer in service. I contacted them through their "Contact Us" option on the website two times with no response after 4 days. I have emailed them twice at ********************* and at ************************************ with no response after 4 and 5 days. I also tried to reach them via the Chat option on their website with no response. I need to return these items and I want to feel assured that I will be refunded. At this point, I am afraid to try to return them because they seem very untrustworthy and unprofessional. I am hoping with your help to get this matter resolved. Thank you.Customer response

On line ordered cat food..Az Pet food took $71.64 on 1/25/2022 from my account. I can not get from them a delivery date..dont answer phone or emails. I have left multiple message to cancel order#**** and credit my account..no response or credit from them. Common courtesy is they should at least respond to me.
