      I was recently made aware by activearmour that my personal information is available on the dark web due to Eye4Frauds data breach. I have never done business directly with Eye4Fraud and I have not found a way to contact them directly. I am asking that my personal information be removed from their servers and that they provide a paid identity protection/repair service for one year. I would like a quick resolution to this extremely disturbing issue.

      A dark web scan by my credit monitoring service found that the company *************, had leaked my information onto the dark web. They disclosed my full name, full address, home phone number and most importantly my Discover card credit card number. From what I've been researched, this company is supposed to protect businesses from fraudulent credit card use by consumers. Because they have leaked my credit card, and all this other information, onto the dark web I was forced to freeze that credit card, get a new credit card from ********* and reassign the new card to pay all my automatic monthly bills and yearly subscriptions. I have also reported this company and filed the complaint with the *** about eye4fraud.

      That is not a true statement that they have made regarding their collection of sensitive data because my credit card number, address, full name and phone number were found as being exposed by Eye4Fraud on the dark web. They still have not admitted that they expose my credit card number onto the dark web. I have proof but since this may be made public on the BBB website, I am not going to post my document to this reply. You have caused me a lot of work because I had to get a new credit card and change all of the accounts using the prior number. BBB should investigate this company thoroughly and see the damage that they've created.

      Eye4Fraud is a company that sells online Fraud protection has collected my personal information including name, address, email address, email password and others, without my consent. I have never had any business with them or their affiliates as far as I know. Recently (Sept 2023) they have been hacked and all my personal information has been posted on Dark net. I became aware because I have dark net monitoring service available through Experien as part of restitution they offered when Experien allowed themselves to be hacked. I filed a complaint with *** but to no avail. I am writing to you as a resident of the ****************** to investigate this issue of Eve4Fraud fraudulantly collecting my data, allowing themselves to be hacked and still without publicly acknowlledging or notifying the victims, still carrying on selling their business. To a simple mind, this is fraud. I think they should be investigated, prosecuted and punished and we should be compensated
