Date of event was October 13, 2024, total amount paid for event $7,665. Contacted venue by email and text message with no response. Lack of Organization: The event was poorly organized, which was evident from the start.Involvement of Guests: My guests and family had to step in to manage the event despite prior discussions and assurances that everything would go smoothly.Refund Request: I initially requested a refund and considered canceling the party, relying on your commitment to ensure a successful event.Setup Issues: I arrived at 6:30 PM to find only minimal setup in progress, when event was to start at 7pm. Insufficient Pedestals: I paid for four pedestals but received only two, preventing proper display of treats. I have pictures to prove Incorrect Furniture: Instead of the requested bench, I received an unwanted white chair. You indicated the bench could be provided for an additional ****** Delays: The DJ arrived at 7:30 PM after most guests had already arrived and was not the originally assigned DJ. He had no songs for my daughter's performance, which caused significant disruption.Late Photo Booth: The 360 photo booth arrived after 7PM and lacked the promised props. It took an additional 15 minutes to set up. I have still yet to receive 360 photo reels despite reaching out to venue and 360 personal.Decoration Issues: Boxes were left in the background of the 360 booth area due to inadequate setup by the decoration team.Photographer Delay: The photographer arrived at 8:10 PM, causing my daughter to miss her planned entrance at 7:45 PM, which resulted in distress during a significant moment. Photographer was due to arrive at 7:30pm Refund Request: I feel entitled to a refund for the specific items I paid for, as well as my deposit. Never heard back from venue owner.Customer response

Sooo my whole pregnancy had been already stressful! So i was super excited for my babyshower after not having a kid for 12 years ! Granted ! I found this place on ********* i even asked a few ppl about it they gave me the okay so anybody that knows me know i dont play when it comes to events i like to pay everything upfront and get it out the way so we paid in FULL fast forward i was expecting to have my shower then i got admitted to the hospital for over a month (which was outta my control) also got placed on bed rest when i did come home because Im high risk ! SO I HAD TO CANCEL MY SHOWER ! We reached out to *************** in December still literally not even 2/3 weeks after booking for February 13th this is still 2 months in advance so i feel like something could of been worked out ! Anyway i know we did sign a contract but we didnt actually get a copy of the contract til weeks later after we ask is there anything they can do to accommodate us .. the contract was suppose to be sent the next day ! So we had no idea we couldnt change the date , And after goin over the contract she put the wrong date so i think she should return my $2800 cause the contract is invalid , as soon as i made an ********* post i got a reply out of them very unprofessional i feel like as a customer that paid in full i should of been handled differently, i been back in the hospital due to stress because of them
