I recently purchased an item from Spike's Joint/ Forty Acres and A Mule Filmworks around April 24. I was not satisfied with the item upon arrival and I returned it via **** about a week and a half later. I have not heard from the company or received a refund for the item. The company's website displays their return policy but does not list any information in which a customer can contact the company re: a issue. Also I was unable to find on the site a return address and so I assumed that returns would be mailed back to the address on the original shipping label which was the ******************************************************* address. I emailed the company a couple of weeks ago about the return via ************************************** but did not receive a response. I again emailed the company this eventing in hopes of receiving some response or update regarding the status of my refund. My Order #***** was for the 'A ***************** Joint Hoodie 1' small orange / black. It was delivered to me around 4/28/22. I returned the item via **** and had to cover the return label as the company does not provide return labels. After reviewing the refund policy at Shop Spike's Joint, I did notice that there is not an address to send returns and I did not receive in my package, a invoice or return label. I would like to receive from the company an update on the status of this return and or have my refund processed and funds paid returned.
