On Sept 30, 2022, I paid LWP Home Products $517.16 in good faith to repair my replacement windows. I then left for ******* where I remained til June 3 2023. On June 28, 2023, I went to wash my windows, 4 of the 9 windows were still broke. I called them and was told they only guarantee their work for 30 days. I was not told that at the time. They further told me I had to pay $350. For them to come back. I only want them to do the repair I paid them for.Business response

We did a repair job on September 30, 22. We repaired windows , replaced 5 coils & 5 pivot bars . We left the windows in working order . Our fee was ****** trip / labor plus $ ***** for coils, $ 50, for pivot bars. Plus, Sales tax = 517.16
We did repairs, only replacing the broken parts. We are not the original installers of her windows , we only performed Service Work . Our fees are based on Distance & travel time plus parts. We give a 90 day , 3 month warrantee on our work .
No different than any other trade such as plumbers and electricians.
I can't control what happened in the 9 months since we Serviced the windows.
We offered to come back but There will be A new Trip Labor fee, of $ ****** plus parts. We are long past warrantee.
We have been in business since ****. We run an honest Company. And pride ourselves on professionalism and integrity.
In the spirit of good customer service. I will offer a 1 time discount of $ ******, on trip, labor fee, we can do repairs, for ****** trip labor plus parts and sales tax. with the same 90-day warrantee.
