I ordered a bounce on June 13, after it arrived I realized they had sent me the wrong color pool and the pool was used and patched at the bottom, and was also missing the bladder misting system. I quickly emailed the sales representative Tom and he assured me they would be able to replace those. I explained to Tom and also Ryan that the event I had purchased this for was July 1 and I needed at minimum to have the misting system by then, it was not here in time for the party and I wasn’t able to have any water on it. I did however receive a bag of parts (3 days late) to maybe rig up my own misting system I don't even know what to do with any of those parts. I have been emailing Gwen and after I explained to her I wanted a refund for the value of the pool (which Ryan said was $280), and a refund for the value of the bladder and misting system Gwen completely stopped responding. I paid for the pool and bladder with misting system as part of my order and they were unable to fulfill that order, so they should be able to refund me for those items.Business response

Hello *******,
I am sorry that you were disappointed with the product. As was explained when you first reached out, the pool is not always blue, and colors may vary. We also sent out the replacement water system the same day that you called, and therefore any difficulty you have was with the UPS delivery system. When the conversation of refund came up, we were told that you wanted to return the entire unit, but if you are willing to keep it for a partial refund that is definitely an option still on the table. I will have the case agent reach out to you today to further discuss this matter.
