Priority movers moved the contents of my Apartment to & from a Storage Center. When they brought my things back, A lot of my things were Damaged. I filled out a claim sheet for Priority movers, & about a week later a representative came to My Apartment & Tried to offer Me a $25.00 gift card which I refused. Then I was told My case with Priority Movers was closed. I just read on Your website that Priority Movers had their License revoked in April? That’s funny because they are still working, & moved Me 2nd week of April 2024 & returned a lot of my things damaged on April 30 2024. Now the HOA who hired them for the move for our building is Refusing to give me any information on Priority Movers. I dont know the the owners name, his home address, his banking information, nothing. I want to take Priority Movers to small claims court & freeze his bank account. Please, any information that You may have on Priority Movers would be appreciated. Thank You ******** *********Business response

Response taken by phone: We are a third party as mover hired through another company. The insurance coverage is .60$ per pound for damages. We inspected the damages and reimbursed more than the value of the policy. You should contact the third party if you are not satisfied with the reimbursement from the insurance.Customer response

Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. This Business does Not have a License, Therefore their Rates are Null & Void. My Pictures are too big to load, but BBB has copies. Also , I am refusing their 25$ Gift Card because it doesn’t even begin to cover the losses I have incurred at the hands of Pryority movers. Their statement of going beyond the insurance cap is ridiculous. How can You have insurance if You don’t have a license? My things were damaged Due to Negligence. & Pryority Movers is Responsible. Regards, ******** *********Business response
