I think that office is a scam they did not file my claim properly and proceeded to give me the run around for three months. Finally called Corporate office and threaten legal action was told another 45 to 60 before i see my refund. When my wife goes to her dentist she rec's her refund in two weeks or less. I think Aspen dental is a fraud and takes advantage of people Iam going to complain to the Attorney General s office

My name is David do not go to any of the ASPEN DENTAL I went there to have to teeth looked they pulled teeth from that were good yet for one then they told ok for top were putting in bridge teeth for top and for the bottom i will have a partial denture so I received a bottom partial and over charged me teeth so teeth already and there still not Done so I've financed dental insurance through Aspen to have do work on my teeth trusting them I financed 10,400 I got bill Dec 15th for 5,335 dollars now I just back to them on Dec,27th 2022now looked on credit report and it's showing 8,335 that's 3,000 more on top 5,335 and remind you my bottom teeth are still not done so still leaves 2,065 so I sit down with finance advisor at Aspen dental on dec,27 2022 they can I call first dental finance to increase my limit now to finish my teeth is going be total of 12,000 so in total I would have finance 12,400 dollars for my total be finished is what they told after sitting down with finance advisor before again leaving there office on Dec 27th 2022 now my fist appointment with them was on November 15th 2022 we now in January 2nd 2023 and my teeth are still not done people if your reading this reviews do not go any Aspen rather it's in NY or out of state or in any country there a big money pit they lie to people they scam people for money and another thing is they don't take time out explain what there doing to you I've to ask alot of questions every time other wise I'm getting answers and even then there not the right answer there's no way it's cost me this much to have teeth done then after words they still want more they to be shut down there scam people out of money and not even doing a very good job it's all about there ad says we can give you a million dollar smile lies all lies what mean is for a big price they can give a nice smile money money money more money there even not very friendly at any of Aspen dental I want my money back for the work that's not even done.
