      Do not shop here anymore! I ordered about 10 travel hand creams, 8 were bad (as in they were expired and stank) and only 2 were fresh. I kept the 2 and paid for the shipping to return the 8, it's been 3 months since I have shipped back the product, and have yet to get a refund. I feel like I'm dealing with scammers (selling bad product, not giving me my money back) but I won't stop hounding them until they give me my money. This is beyond ridiculous- I'm not dealing with the company ever again. They don't deserve one star.

      Was their customer for about 20 years. They recently changed their USA website and business model, so it feels like it is a separate company. They removed all traditional YR perks, like free product with the purchase, personal catalogue offers, etc., deleted all customers accounts, and now forcing people to create brand new Loyalty Club accounts to earn useless points. $100 spent gives you only $5.00 discount. Seriously??? Canada, France and Russia still has all the traditional perks. It looks like whoever is taking care if USA business for eves rocher is doing a horrible job, instead of expanding the brand, they shrink it, deterring the existing and loyal customers. Too bad, but I will not be buying their products any more. Beauty in USA is such saturated market, there are better and much better alternatives available.

      As a European, I'm quite familiar with the brand and their products. I appreciate their sustainability efforts in terms of packaging and the fact they use clean and sustainably sourced ingredients. However, their customer support is quite European too, and I'll explain what I mean. I placed an order after a vacation with a dry skin and no body moisturizing products left. I don't have a good store to shop this from around me, and I don't buy drug store cosmetics. Order is placed on March 6, received a confirmation on the following day. The email states the order will be received in the next 10 business days, which is half a month. Too late to change my mind, and within those two weeks I've constantly checking my tracking, with no information whatsoever. On the tenth day, I am calling the customer support, with two previously sent emails inquiring about my order status that received a generic answer with no detailed explanation. The customer support rep, rude as an average French guy, explains the order's last info is that it arrived in a distribution center in PA and there's a problem. He doesn't bother to check what the problem is, doesn't apologize and just states that it might be there, it might arrive but it also might not arrive. If I don't get it by April 5th, which is actually 20 business days after my order was placed, I should call them to let them know so they can send a replacement. Now, a quick note to you guys - USA is not the EU - people here are accustomed to nothing short of exceptional customer service, the beauty market is oversaturated with good products that also come with fast delivery and attentive service. Entering an oversaturated market, with a name familiar to only those that had traveled to Europe, with such a negligence toward your customers' needs would eventually cost your entire market share. Ordered what I needed from *******, got a great discount, and would get my products in two days. TWO DAYS! Last order from Yves Rocher.

      I ordered few things on 28th of October from their website and I still didn’t get any confirmation email or information about my order. There is no info about my order in the website. However, I can see the payment on my bank account. I tried to call the customer service and I called the number more than 10 times but there is no one to answer phones. I paid almost 80$ for those products but I got nothing! They are stealing my money and they have the worst customer service!

      I have always loved yvesrocher products and the sales I received--but about a year ago I had a problem with a refund I had and subtracted from my last order.. (as they said I could do)--instead I kept receiving notes that I had not paid this amount (which they had incorrectly charged me). Four letters did no good--there was no reply--I just kept getting notices tha t they were applying interest and I should pay soon if I did not want to accrue a huge bill. I eventually gave up and paid it. A year passed and I decided to try once more. I could not do it by hand as I wanted to use a credit card (no problem in past). So I went online and the online form worked for a few products but it did not apply the 2 for 1 and 50% off in the catalog on other products. It was unusable. I recommend not ever using this company--they will screw the order up no matter how you do it.

      I have made an order over month ago and still no delivery not even tracking code. Customer service is so poor would not let me cancel or do anything blaming the delivery company. It took me 5 days just to get in touch with them through a phone. It is a fraud be careful.

      Beware: this company has taken a turn for the worse. I'd always paid in full by check when sending my order via mail, but the last time I did this, they sent me a bill for $4.99 saying that it was for sales tax. They'd never charged sales tax before - and I'd been a customer since 1992. The customer service rep said charging sales tax was a new procedure for them, but when I got my next two catalogs with order forms, nowhere on the form is there a blank for sales tax. I'm A-OK paying sales tax, I just want to see that this new procedure for Yves Rocher is legit. It's a weird thing to do to customers without any advance notice or transparency (i.e. BOLD type on the order form) because it seems kinda scammy.
