I bought a hot tub and it was dropped off yesterday July 23, 2023. The tub doesn’t work. The company refuses to send someone to help. They instead are sending me text messages and refuse to talk to me. I spent thousands and am dismayed that there is no customer care. The tub doesn’t heat up and it shows errors. They want me.. the customer to take apart the filter to get it to work. I want to return the defective tub. The delivery people also dropped the tub at delivery and that is probably why it doesn’t work. The company has ghosted me and has taken my money with a tub that doesn’t work. I asked them to send help and they refused. Told me to take it up with corporate and cooperate won’t answer the phone. I want my money back and the tub returned.Business response

Response taken by phone: I took care of the consumer's initial issues and am continuing to work with her on her additional concerns.
