The dates are from 11/28/2020 to 2/8/2021. Work was being done until April 2022. I paid for materials for the work to be done. Most work was completed and was done very well, however, some of the work was not done and the materials were paid for. Insulation was to be put in the attic, a countertop was to be put in and an island done, a sub pump was to be installed, paid for an exterminator which he was to contact and do the work and paid to have the main water valve replaced. He was to do work in the main bedroom to a wall that had water damage but on further inspection that work was deemed unnecessary but paid for materials before this was discovered. Work was done on the downstairs wall and the upstairs wall was to be worked on to repair water damage which the upstairs was not done. Overage on a vanity for the upstairs bathroom. Like I said the work he did do which was alot was done very well. He owes me a total of $7,620.00 for materials. I have copies of all checks and correspondence I sent to him if needed. I have also filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals fraud protection on July 20th, 2022. Last contact with owner Jim Whitmire was June 25th, 2022 requesting a check for these funds via text message. I can send you copies of all documents if needed.
