      I placed an order for a full pound iof Grade A Ugandan Vanilla beans. I have purchased vanilla beans from other suppliers, and know very well what they should look like, and what the differences are between grade A and grade B.The beans were dried up and brittle. They were defintely NOT Grade A beans at all, in fact, they were not even high enough quality to qualify as Grade B.I complained to the company immediately, and was told they were sorry. No offer of anything.I complained publically on ********* and they sent me a private message asking for my patiene while they work toward a "resolution". It has been over 4 months and nothing has been done. I have contacted them repeatedly, and they keep using the word "resolution" but nothing yet.Recently they sent a messagesaying they wer egoing to replace the beans, but - again - NOTHING. Then the next three times I contacted them, they keep saying they are out of the office.They need to refund my money or send me better product.

      We are writing to address the concerns raised by *** regarding their  order of vanilla beans.
      We understand that the customer was dissatisfied with the quality of the product received and has expressed their frustration on social media. We take these complaints seriously and are committed to resolving the issue to the customer's satisfaction.
      We have reached out to the customer multiple times to offer a resolution, including a full refund or a replacement with Grade A vanilla beans. However, the customer has continued to engage in negative public commentary, making it difficult to resolve the matter amicably.
      Despite our efforts, the customer has been unresponsive to our attempts at communication. As a result, we decided to proceed with a refund as the most appropriate course of action.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

      However, I completely object to the business' characterization of our previous communication. I contacted them REPEATEDLY FOR FOUR MONTHS, and they completely ignored me until I began posting on social media.  Only then did they notice and make an offer of a replacement or refund.

      However, they did not send any replacements or refund my money. They kept sending messages saying they were out of the office and would do it tomorrow.

      ******** never came until I filed a complaint with the BBB.

       

      So yes, they finally, slowly, unwillingly, resentfully and dishonestly, refunded my money.
