BE AWARE: South Shore Kia is engaged in false advertising deceiving its customers into signing a contract by providing a completely misleading information. Not trying to resolve a problem, rude and completely unprofessional management on all levels with terrible attitude and repulsive behavior.Advertising on South Shore Kia website for leasing new *** **** EV specifically included "One Year of Complimentary Charging" as part of the deal. Upon signing the lease in June the offer was confirmed by *********************, ***** Rep, and later by *******************, Finance Manager. ************ told me that one year of complimentary charging (as advertised) will be activated by the *** *** the next day by the *** ******* to fast charges by Electrify America. When the next day I called the *** *** ***************** as I was instructed, I was told by a representative that the *** *** not only does not offer or provide one year of complimentary charging but not even aware of a such promotion by any *** authorized dealer in the country.Over the next 3 weeks I called South Shore Kia numerous times, including calls and emails to ***************************, South Shore Kia General Manager. **********************, as anyone else at the dealership I spoke to, refused to honor the "deal" in any reasonable shape or form, the deal that was heavily advertised on the dealership's website and "confirmed in-person by the sales rep before and after signing the lease agreement. The only option ********************** offered me is to bring the car to South Shore Kia to charge mentioning a number of times that the dealership is not obligated to provide the details of the "special offer", even though the ad and the "special deal" I was offered clearly said the opposite. The offer by ********************** to charge the car at the dealership was nothing less than putting a salt on a wound well knowing I live miles away from the dealership and the only reason I came to ******** because I was offered a special deal of 1 year of free charging.

My experience with South shore Kia was very disappointing and aggravating. After test driving a vehicle which I was interested in imet with the finance director who told me he could get me an 8percent Apr. This was done within five minutes of meeting him. After I began to leave he then says he could get me an Apr of ****. it was late after all was said and done and he was pushing for me to clean out my vehicle and take possession of the new vehicle. All this without even transferring insurance insurance. I called back the following day with a question regarding the APr and the finance director called me back with such a bad attitude and nast demeanor that shocked me. I stupidly tried to salvage the deal with another manager just to find out that at the end of my payments I would have paid $11,000.00 over the purchase price. I just walked out. If you go to this dealership make sure you record what is told to you and get copies of everything. Bad experience.
