My daughter went to this place on Friday May 20 and the man who did her nails was very rude, did not take the old polish off, picked out the color for her and did a horrible job which I have pictures to prove then proceeded to make her pay and leave a tip. So, she went back and the owner said he would redo them for free so she went back to get them redone on Sunday for free and they charged her even more and said she could not get a discount or anything. Then tried to blame it on her when I went in to try and get money back.Business response

First of all, I want to tell the story of what happened. Her daughter came to my store for the first time. She said she want to do is acrylic fill-in, not a new set of acrylic. Her own acrylic is color power. We can't remove it all the color. The new acrylic in our store is transparent without any color. She wants to be French. My employee told her that she would have to remove it all and make a new cover. But her daughter did not take this advice and chose acrylic to fill-in it. My employee told her She said that it can only be done with the color She said that we can do every step with the consent of the customer. She chose white. My staff did it for her, but it couldn't cover the color below her, so I could only choose one. Dark color to cover the base color but her daughter still didn't like it at all she came back and told me that she was not satisfied and I agreed to fix it for her free. But it was only free for the color and shape, then went she came back and still wanted to do French painting flowers my staff told her that if you want to do French painting, you have to remove all the nails and make a new set. She said yes, then this is not repair is a complete new set, so we charged her for the second time. She left very happy, but her mom brought her back and came back yelling and asked me why I charged her twice. I wanted explain to her, but her mom was so excited didn't listen to our explanation and yelled at us. So didn't end up with a settlement if her mom wasn't so impulsive at the time I think I'll give her the money back for acrylic fill-in at first time. So it wouldn't happen later and take the advice of our staff the first time and get rid of all the new covers No unpleasant things will happened.
My settlement request against ***** ******** makes no sense to get her a refund. But what I want to explain is that the first time he came, there may have been a misunderstanding, she did not understand what our staff meant at the time, and it happened unpleasantly and the second time he had his nails done his daughter was also very satisfied. I think both of us should be calm and not so excited. Problem solving. I know that they come to my store to love and support us too. So I don't want customers who come to my store to be unhappy. I will refund the full amount and the first for her. 2nd service fee but i also have a request hope she will delete the comments that are bad for me on the internet i think this is fair to everyone and i hope she can come back here thanks
