I am being charged for services that were not provided. Deer Park Animal Hospital in continuing to charge me, despite a representative in the office telling me that I wouldn't be charged. The charge was for bloodwork that was not sent out by the Vet. I was told in the office that I wouldn't be charged if the bloodwork was not sent to the lab after the doctor consulted with me. A few days after my visit, the doctor told me to seek another opinion and that she was not going to move forward. Since this visit, I went to another Vet and had the services performed.Customer response

At this time, I have not been contacted by Deer Park Animal Hospital regarding complaint ID ********.I have reached out the the business several times to try and resolve the dispute with no success.
