      I was just simply trying to update my account info and it wouldnt work they told me they had no phone number to call to help me I was a large paying customer of theirs and they would not help me nor recognize there was a problem

      This is our first BBB complaint ever, so I hope I am doing this correctly. I will also attach the correspondence between the customer and my customer service representative. First, we do not have a phone number because we had issues with an excess of people calling wanting to talk to our live sellers/influencers. It was taking away from time to help customers that needed customer service support. We do have an online chat where someone is always there to answer all of our customers in real time. The chat is available from 9 am until 11 pm. I believe this customer was trying to enter a new credit card and was having trouble. The representative walked her through the whole process and the customer was still having trouble. The representative then asked if she was getting an error message so we could figure out what exactly was going wrong. The customer never answered, so we are still not sure what she was seeing on her end. We usually do not have any customers that have an issue entering new credit cards, so we wanted to make sure our platform wasnt having technical issues. As the owner of the company, I then also commented explaining all of this, but there was still no response to our messages. I did the best I could to figure out her issue, but we didnt get a response back on what she was seeing on her end, so I didnt know how to resolve it until I got a response from her. I am still waiting on a response from my personal message, but no reply from her either. Im not sure what else to do until I get a reply so I can further help her with entering her new credit card. Furthermore, as you can see in the link I have attached, the representative was very kind and helpful as possible, even when the customer threatened I am sorry for what is to come to youAgain, we want to further help her, we just need more information to do so that she has not supplied as of yet. Thank you for your time and opportunity to respond to this complaint.
