I had accepted a quote for $3200.00 on 7/26/22 for lawncare including "approximately 12 yards of Stones on hill"On 8/2 a truck delivered stones and left an invoice stating that the delivery contained 6 yard of stones.Work proceeded and I called the company to confirm that another truck with a similar size shipment would come,Work ended and the second truck never came. I called Augusta and they told me that what was delivered was actually ************************************************************************************************************* that number. I called the delivery company and they only had record of 6 yards being delivered.Augusta proceeded to charge my card for the full amount without my authorization even though I had talked to their representatives and asked that they either provide the stones and labor as we agreed to or to refund for the undelivered portion.

The compan came to my home 7/21/2022 and 7/22/2022 to do a full yard clean up. Day one the took a weed ****** to everything rose bushes lavender plants brand new plants I was furious but after speaking with them I gave the a second chance. Day 2 7/22/2022 the broke a water line and did not tell me for over an hour. Due to the negligence the basement suffered some flooding. Now I need to get the carpet checked as well as the dry wall and behind them. After some research I find out they are lying on there website. They claim to be licensed. According to Suffolk county D.O.C the license expired 12/1/2021

Contract date March 16th for $13075. I have been in contact w/ the franchise owner and the corporate office. None of which have been willing to help.We hired the company to do a sod install, including the preparation of the soil/leveling/etc. Also to slit seed an area of our property. The salesperson (***) pounded me that I needed to accept the quote and pay cash ASAP as my order was going to be part of a larger sod order and that was how the price was low. I thought about it and told him for a ew relationship, it was to much cash and wanted to pay via amex. He pushed me away from that stating it would cause the price to go up so we settled on checks. The sod was delivered and sat for a day before being installed. Extra sod was for another client and sat at my home for 3 days before it was picked up (this is to long for it to sit per the local sod dealer *****). This other client is not getting what they paid for. The install was done over the existing ground w/o any real grading. The entire property is now full of dangerous peaks and valleys that anyone, including my 3 young children could trip, twist an ankle etc on. This all needs to be re-done by someone who knows what they are doing. In addition, garbage (food containers, dead grass, pallets etc) were left all over my property. As of Friday the 25th the franchise owner, **** promised me a crew would be at the house Saturday early AM to clean up the mess and deal w/ the poor install. He also committed to a partial refund of $5k of the total $10k I have paid thus far. No one showed. I explained to him I would be traveling and that no one could be at the property unless I was home and was leaving that Monday. As of now he is no longer willing to offer a refund or fix the problem The slit seeding was done improperly also. They used a spreader to disperse the seed over the existing ground, no soil or covering was placed over it. Between rain and birds Im sure nothing is going to actually germinate.
