I ordered from them on October 2. They have repeatedly ignored my requests for resolution. Voicemail, email, texts...nothing but a standard reply that my complaint was forwarded to their shipping department. I requested a refund 4 days in a row, asked for contact information, asked for information regarding my order....Zero assistance. I paid for shipping and have yet to receive my order or a resolution to this. I am incensed with this company's lack of response and refusal to assist me. The order supposedly shipped but I still haven't received it nor a valid response.Initial Complaint

Ordered a product on July 2nd, 2024 and still haven't received it. Emailed ******************** on July 17th, 2024 but haven't received a response. I called ************* but no one answered and the call was forwarded to a full mailbox.Customer response

At this time, my complaint, ID ******** regarding myOTCstore.com has been resolved.(By clicking "OK", your complaint will be closed as Resolved.)
After filing this complaint, I still didn't get any response from the company, so I emailed them AGAIN and advised them that I had filed a complaint with BBB(email attached).
I finally received my refund.(see attached) Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

Ordered 14 bottles of Colon Health on 6/25/2024 - total: $158.30. Items arrived on 7/1/2024 and all 14 bottles had an expiration date of 8/2024 - one month out. Contacted the company and asked for a replacement or a refund. The Company asked for pictures which I provided on 7/3. On 7/6 the Company emailed indicating they would issue a refund within ***** hours. After not receiving the refund in the allotted time, I contacted the company again on 7/10 for an update. The Company responded on 7/10 that they would issue the refund within 24 hours. That is the last I have heard from this Company. I have emailed them and called them several times since and they have not responded or issued the refund as of 7/19.Customer response

I asked for a refund for products that were never shipped to me via email. The represenentative informed me that my request was forwarded to their billing department and would be handled accordingly. I placed an order with the otc store beginning of October, never received the product; after many many attempts the one person that always answers the phone informed me that my shipping address did not match the billing address; and they canceled the order although the money was still taken off my card and never returned; I have emailed and called several times requesting a refund- The voicemail is always full and there is no customer service to handle the complaint. This is not a reputable company; I am still awaiting a refund.Customer response

Ordered fingernails, order was dates 9-17-23. Order was never delivered and tracking notice said items were returned to the sender. Have called weekly with no results. Continually being told ok will return money. As of today still not returned. Only one person answering phone and taking orders. Very rude customer service. Told me my money was in *****. I placed an order from this company on May 19, 2023. I still have not received the order (it's been 34 days now). I had to purchase the vitamins somewhere else as they are imperative to my healing from back surgery. I have written several emails and made several phone calls to this company to locate my order. I keep getting the runaround. They finally provided a tracking #, but it does not exist. I want a refund. And now that I have stated as such, they have stopped answering the phone and responding to my emails. Thank you for any help you can provide.
