Haleh has been a godsend when it comes to selling our property, purchasing a new home and selling our old house. She would always pick up and answer any questions we had and during the house searching process. She was extremely flexible when meeting with us to view homes both day and night. I am a real estate attorney and have worked with HS Capital Realty in the past. The agents and broker Haleh are super responsive and always ready to troubleshoot. I work with a wide range of real estate agents and I continue to be impressed by this realty. What makes this review special is Haleh personally sold me a condo in 2017. She is the most amazing human being and it does not surprise me that many clients turn into her friends and second family. During my transaction, Haleh selflessly did something so I can "stand on business" and I will never forget that generous gesture. In a world where it's hard shopping for agents, I truly found one who prioritized my interests over hers. I am forever grateful because that condo is a safe place for me and my family. "You will own nothing and you will be happy." Said the ruler. In this post-covid new world, owning a property has become boradline impossible with the extreme short supply, doubled price, and drastically high mortgage rates for as long as 40 years that will keep people forever in debt. Haleh helped me purchase a property, against all odds. She worked with me to find the most suitable properties for me. She told me not only the pros but also the cons of every property. The negotiation, inspection, and closing all went smoothly and swiftly, which also speaks volume for her highly professional and effective team. I closed the house within a short timeline thanks to Haleh's tireless work. I will be more than delighted to recommend Haleh to any of my family and friends who are looking to purchase a home.

We cannot say enough about how helpful Haleh was in our home-buying process! Our family calls Haleh for all of our real estate needs because she is prompt, approachable, and professional. No question was hard for her to answer. She was kind and patient in our first home-buying process and traveled all the way to Glens Falls to look at houses with us! Not to mention, she made the more mundane things, like 3-hour inspections, fun! She gets the job done and is very efficient! 10/10 would recommend. Dorian was an absolute pleasure to work with!
