  Hired AAA Quick plows and landscaping in October 2022 for the 2022-2023 winter season. Signed contract, paid in full 400.00 plus an extra 20.00 for driveway markers. In January 2023 got first plowable snow. No one came. I called, the owner answered, said his trucks had been to all residential areas, but will send someone. A truck came once. Today second plowable day, February 29, 2023, it was 7:30 am, no one came yet and had 6 inches or more in driveway. Called owner, he said trucks have been out twice, I said your guy must be going to wrong address. He said you should see a mound/pile of snow at end of driveway. I said there is not and no one has been here. He said he would get someone out to my house. An hour later, no one had come. I called and he says didn't you call 20 minutes ago. I said an hour ago, he says no it's been 20 minutes. And hangs up. I had to miss work and shovel my own driveway. He never came and never called back. I sent multiple pictures of driveway before and after and my house. I requested a refund and to collect his driveway markers, so I can pay someone else. I have heard nothing.

  I hate to say, but many details are wrong here. I will say we messed up, as we were plowing the house # on ******** Dr., not ******** Ln.It did take a few plows before we figured out what was going on. I replied to the customer same day, and offered a refund.We were told via text she was going to " Slam us all over the internet."I was very polite, and dropped off the refund at her house the next day so she wouldnt have to wait for the mail.She doesnt have the year correct, as this happened in the 2023-2024 season.Also, We charge $8.00 for driveway marking, as stated on the contract. Not the $ 20 she claims.My documentation shows this.She also said she didnt get a refund, which she did. Copy of cashed check enclosed.I am not sure what else we could do to try and satisfy the client other than admit we realized we were at fault, apologized, and gave a full refund the next day.
