I stayed at Quality Inn from May 19-21st. The reservation was booked through *******. The itinerary number is *********** * am completely unsatisfied with this stay. I reached out to ******* as soon as I arrived because I couldn’t check until after 4 and I arrived at 2:30 and checkout time was at 3, however they seemingly had a issue with their system which didn’t allow me to check in until after 4 in which I was late for a scheduled commitment. They reached out to the hotel and they refused to do anything to accommodate. They responded to ******* with I called the hotel and unfortunately, I was not able to get a compensation for the inconvenience. I would really like to help you getting a solution in this case, but I am not able to offer compensation. In this case you can also ask for a compensation directly from the hotel and let them know that we cannot offer a credit from out end since it was an issue with the hotel's system. After leaving rapidly for the engagement and returning. The hotel was disgusting in which I followed up with ******* and they recommended I speak with hotel. I went downstairs and they didn’t have any other rooms available. The sockets were broken, which is a hazard for my small child in addition to a sink that wouldn’t drain. I also found a dirty glove under the bed. They didn’t have towels or a washcloth to provide me with, which resulted in me having to visit someone’s home to shower, which is totally unacceptable. The manager told me they’re renovating, in which hotel shouldn’t be open if it isn’t up to par. I ask that I am reimbursed for this stay, this is the worse hotel experience I’ve ever had. I have pictures to provide as proof as well.
