I hired this company to help me move my stuff from ******** to *******. They were able to move my stuff down to me with several damages to my belongings. My 75-inch TV arrived with damage to the screen, my sofa arrived with damage on the edges, and my bedframe also had damage around it. When I contacted them regarding the damages, they were dismissive and told me there was nothing they could do. They were unprofessional and wanted to take no responsibility in the mishandling of my property.Business response

Dear Customer,
I am writing to you to address your complaint about the damages caused to your belongings during our move.
I understand that you are upset about the damages, and I want to assure you that we take your concerns very seriously. However, I must remind you of the following:
* ************* you purchased only covers "total loss" and does not cover small damages. This was made clear to you during our negotiations, and you agreed to these terms.
* We suggested premium packaging (international packaging), but you refused this service and asked for as many discounts as possible. Despite this, we still provided you with the same packaging we would use for an international shipment.
* We clearly stated all of the terms, you agreed upon them, and you hired us.
We strive to provide our customers with the best possible service and care. In the overwhelming majority of our shipments, we are successful at doing so. In your case, the owner of the company negotiated with you directly, terms were agreed upon, and he also heard your complaint directly. We must stick to the terms agreed upon.
