This company is a complete scam. No evidence of product or services rendered, no way to be taken off the call list, and seemingly no way to stop the $99 charges except by going directly to the credit card company. If you take a look, the domain name ************* is now for sale. These people are criminals.Initial Complaint

I was contacted about renewing an ad. I told the person LAST YEAR that this was not what they were claiming to be, and I did not want the ad. They charged me last year and I told them I didn't want to ever be contacted again. They contacted me in March. I told them to take me off the list and I would not be advertising with them. Mid September they charged my card for $99 and they will not respond to my requests for a refund. I will also issue a chargeback to my card.Initial Complaint

Some scam firm named Best of USA.org billed my credit card $99 without any authorization from me. Tied to call but no answer only voicemail and no one calls back. This is fraud plain and simpleInitial Complaint

Best of USA org is a scam. First year, 2021 we signed up with Jeff R (which I believe to be fictitious ) for a one year ad on the best of usa org website. We never received proof of ad or even a notification that it was running. I asked several times through email and phone with ZERO response. I wrote that off as a learning experience. Then a year later I get another message from Jeff asking if I wish to sign up for another year of their service. I respond vehemently NO and explain how they screwed me out of my ad the previous year. Never received a response. Then in June 2022 I have a $99 charge on my statement for another year of fictitious ad for which I can do NOTHING. I can report to AMEX who may or may not investigate for a charge under $100 which is probably why they keep it under a hundred. Stay away from these crooks!Initial Complaint

Had ad run with company in 2020 and was completely dissatisfied. I don't have the email from 2020 but did send email that I did not wish to ever run any ads with their organization again. On 9-9-2021 I received an email saying thank your for your order and my credit card on file was charged. Confirmed with bank that it was charged but order was never placed by me for 2021. I responded to email within 30 minutes of receiving email on 9-9-2021, emailing again of 9-13-2021 and 9-28-2021 with no response. Submitted charge to bank as fraud. Bank denied request stating they received proof of valid sale except sale was dated 10-5-2020. I never gave permission to have reoccurring ad with this company. Point of contact with ********************* was **** at **************************. My complaints are I never agreed to a reoccurring ad, never gave permission for them to hold my credit card on file and I want my $99 refund from 9-9-2021, an ad I never ordered. FYI, I have a different name and address for this company but it has the same phone number. The name and address are ********************* at ** ****** ***** ********** ** *****. The phone number of ************ is the same but the name of the business is now The Best of USA.org.
