I called the place as the water on my toilet is coming out slow. They come with a snake and say that they can only do snakes. I said that's not what I called for but they say that's the only thing they do. They shouldn't have come if that's the only service they provide when I said my water doesn't come out. They charged me 50 dollars that I was not willing to payInitial Complaint

On October 25, 2022 I called 49.99 sewer and drain cleaning company, and I have been giving them my business for many years. On the next day, October 26, 2022 a servicemen came in to fix my basement toilet which was clogged. I called them for clogged toilet, the guy told me after checking the toilet that the toilet needs to be removed and reset. Then he sent my dad to get clear silicone tube sealant from nearby hardware store. My dad usually supervises every time plumber comes over to see if theyre doing their job right and help them with if required. After my dad came back with the item he asked for, he didnt use it because apparently his assistant had it already with him so they used their own and he took the new one my dad bought. By this point, I started to have a suspicion that if they came in to do a job that is on the job description they should have the proper tools for it. It seemed like a act to get my dad out. He had me pay and sign for the receipt while my dad was out of the house so I didnt even have the chance to see what they did to the toilet. I suspect foul play because the main guy kept me busy by talking about these types of job he had seen while his partner worked down there. I took him for his word because I used this company for many years never had any problems so I didnt have any reason to doubt them. After both the guys left, we went over to check what he did because we didnt have the chance to do it before, it didnt look like he took out the toilet because the sealant at the bottom side of the toilet bowl didnt look new or wet to touch. It looked same as it did before they came in, dry and cracked. He charge me $370.17 for this service. The next day I called the company saying he did not take out the toilet bowl and he charged me $300 for it. The company said they will call me back, but I never heard from them. Today November 25, 2022 the same toilet got clogged. I called the again, no answer and it is a 24 hour company.Initial Complaint

The sewer company came to clean my sewer line, as it was backed up. I just purchased this home in May 2022. The company advertised 49.99 or that it would be $100 once the guy arrived he advised that the $49.99 service would not work, and I needed a bigger machine to do the job. they charged me $750 on Friday July 15, 2022. I contacted the company on Monday 7/19 to speak with a manager by the name of *** to express my concerns regarding the inflated price, and that the tech did not do all the work listed on the receipt. *** was rude and said there was nothing he can do I can file a complaint if I wish. Today is July 20, 2022 my main line is backed up again. I have a 90 day warrantee. I contact the company to send someone out, and the receptionist advised that because I spoke to the manager and advised that I would file a complaint I have to wait until 6pm to speak with him again to decide if he wants to send someone out. On November 30th, 2021 a technician came to perform routine main line maintenance. We had no clogs or leaking issues. This was a maintenance call. We were charged $110.85 not the $49.99 as advertised. On December 3rd, 2021 my main line backed up causing thousands in water damage on my property. The plumbing company takes no responsibility for the damage caused by their technician's negligence to perform the services paid for. Because the technician added in his notes "no guarantee" the company would not send another technician at no charge and will not refund us. I had to call another company to unclog the mess the technician caused and have irreversible damage to my personal property.Customer response
