I ordered a costume under the belief that this company is located in ********. They are in ***** and nowhere in there website do they state this. When I call to get a status on my order the is no answer my message is recorded with no follow up. As soon as I email them to let them k ow I'm filing a complaint they respo d by email with an excuse that they were talking to somebody with the same name as me. And they already mailed my order. I repeatedly told them to cancel my order, but they ignored me. Now today 23 Nov they finally email a tracking number and the origin is *****. They stated I could return the merchandise when I receive it minus all these charges that I would have to pay, this is to discourage mailing this back to ***** which was never disclosed.Business response
