Order placed 10/27/23, received 11/1/23 Order# ****** Below is a copy of what I ordered and paid for. I received the wrong tint. As in the kit is for a different car. I would like the kit I ordered. I was able to use the front windshield strip that I paid extra for with some modifications to make it fit. The rest of the pieces are too small and for a different vehicle entirely. I tried contacting them but their number is out of service. I submitted an email response. After researching the company I found numerous complaints with no response to emails. not able to reach business via phone and no result ion to problems. ****************** ********************** ** ********You can see the part number for my order ends in h for hatchback...which is the base model. The owner of the site doesn't know what he is talking about for this car. He only lists two versions for the car. The convertible and the base. There are in fact three versions of the car. One the hatchback. Its is the base and most frequently sold model by over 9 to 1 ratio. Then the convertible model. Lastly the notchback. The trunk car. This model represented less than 10% of the version of the fox body Mustang sold. He incorrectly sent me the kit for the convertible model which on his site ends in the letter P. I included a screen capture of my order receipt that I received from him. His site only lists two versions of the car and also lists the car model year as ***** which is also incorrect as the model range is *****. I only want him to send me the correct rear window glass. I emailed him and said I will cut the rear window glass he sent to use on the side windows. I paid for a a precut window tint for a hatchback version of my car. Already I am having to wait longer and perform extra work to make this work for my vehicle which is not right to begin with. For him to accuse me that I ordered the incorrect thing is an outright lie. Especially considering he doesn't even have the options of the model of the vehicle correctly listed or the year range correct either. After being unable to get information to contact him my search revealed his company is rated F by the BBB and he has numerous complaints against his various companies under different names operating selling tint out of ******** all in the same city. The address is also bogus as it is small house not a business. I'm sorry I ever purchased something from his company. I won't make this mistake again. It irks me that companies try and take advantage of consumers and provide 0 customer service and avoid listing or utilizing phone contact altogether. I knew I was buying an inferior quality tint for the price, but I ad least hoped to get a kit that would fit the car.

I placed an order on 5/22/2022 and my order never arrived. I contacted the seller through their online request form since then over 5x and Ive emailed them. There has been no acknowledgment or response and I just wanted a replacement after being ignored numerous times I need my refund. This is horrible company to not get one response ever.Customer response

I ordered a photo transitioning tint film from this company on June 18, 2021. They charged me $124.99 for the front window set and their website claims that the film's "technology is backed by a 10 year warranty..." I have included a PDF of the webpage that states the fact in paragraph 2. About a year later it has stopped transitioning as it should and as stated by the company. I have sent a total of 3 emails to their direct contact email address as found in their FAQs ********************************** each spaced a calendar week apart with no reply to any of them. Seems they are ignoring all attempt to resolve the issue but were quick to take the money. I have included PDFs of the emails sent, their webpage stating the warranty coverage, their email to contact them and my order confirmation I received when I placed the order (order# ******).Customer response

Ordered tint for my husbands work truck. Once my husband started applying the tint he noticed they didnt ship all of the tint we paid for. I contacted customer service and they said the best they could do was give us a discounted rate to buy the rest of the windows that they didnt ship to us. Upon getting that email I started looking for reviews on this company and found that 100s of people had similar issues with wrong orders, missing parts of orders, and orders that have not been received. Those customers also has issues with costumer service making it right. This company shouldnt be in business because it has taken way to much of customers money and not given them the correct product or all of what they paid for.Business response

Hello,
We are very sorry about your experience, however we are in the business of do-it-yourself installations of fragile films for end users. As I am sure you can understand why we have strict policies in place on why once an installation begins we require replacement pieces be ordered thereafter. Our policy clearly states that any and all issues must be reported before any installation begins in order for us to send out FREE replacement pieces. Once an installation begins, it is assumed that all fragile pieces received are and were in good enough condition for the installation to commence. In either case, please contact our customer service and we will take care of you.

We wanted to get the missing pieces that we paid for. We are not willing to pay more money for something we already paid for but did not receive. It is clear from the many reviews that this happens all the time with your company.

On March 19th 2022 approximately 2:45 pm using their website I purchased precut window tint from Precut Auto Tint for $146.49. Ten minutes later while reviewing the order I noticed the vehicle information was incorrect. I immediately emailed *************************** and explained my mistake and I needed to cancel my order. I left my contact information since there is no phone number available to contact them directly .3 days later On March 22nd 2022 7:50 am, *************************** first and only response to my email was asking what vehicle year make and model did I need the tint cut for? Later that same day I get home from work and replied to ******** email at 2:06 pm and I said since we hadn't heard back from Precut Auto Tint we had to purchase the tint from somewhere else. How long will it take to process our refund? I never got any response back from *************************** or anyone from Precut auto Tint. March 22nd 2022 at 8:49 am Precut Auto Tint ships the order. They send me the order an hour after ****** asks me about the vehicle I needed the tint for. The return policy on their website states "Unfortunately these items are custom made for you based on how we receive your order and we do not accept returns on custom made items. If there are any problems or if you make a fair request we certainly will work very hard to ensure your satisfaction." I tried cancelling the order 10 minutes after I placed it. I think that qualifies as a fair request. I provided my email address and phone number. They wait 3 days to answer my request to cancel the order. Then shipped the order an hour later, knowing their was a mistake made in the order. They took my $146.49 and sent me a product I can't use instead of honoring my request for a refund.Business response

***************************** we are very sorry to hear about your bad experience, however you did in your own admission place an order for the wrong vehicle and are unhappy with the fact that we were not able to correct your error in time. We did in good faith try to ask about the correct make and model of your vehicle in order to send you out a free replacement, but you just went and ordered it somewhere else. I wish we could undo the labor, time, and film spent on the order that you had placed incorrectly but ***************************** the customer is not always right. It is stated that custom made items are final sale items. We currently do not have any system in place to double check orders after they are placed, however we may implement such a system in the future.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:I rejected the business response because I did the only option the business had available to change or cancel the order. The time and date the order was placed and the time and date I sent the email letting the business know there was an error in the order. The business responded 3 days later ignoring my request for a refund and instead wanted to know what vehicle did I want the tint for. An hour after that email the business shipped the order without giving me an opportunity to respond. There should have not been any tint cut for an order that was admittedly incorrect. The email I sent stating this was sent within a few minutes after the order was made. Time, labor and materials should not be charged to me. I took 10 minutes to cancel the order, the business took 3 days and shipped it an hour later. The product hasn't been opened and is ready to be sent back. I should not be held responsible for time, labor or materials. That should be the businesses responsibility to pay since I clearly did not want the product and notified the business within a reasonable time.
