LensDirect has clearly proven to be a scam operation, selling substandard lenses that are cut and fitted with poor workmanship while providing no avenue for a refund. If you are lucky enough to receive your order at all, usually after a substantial delay, the prescription will mostly likely be incorrect. I ordered CR39 clear lenses with standard AR. I received yellow tinted lenses that, when checked did not accurately match my prescription. The response from their customer happiness person was sorry we didnt let you know beforehand that all of our lenses come with a blue light feature which does include a yellow tint, but according to our policy, prescription lenses are non-refundable. Reading through the reviews of this company I found that they will not refund for any reason whatsoever, even if they lose or break your glasses. I only wish I had been smart enough to check if there were complaints against this company with the BBB before purchasing from them. There are many.Review from Adam T

Called me up telling me my card was declined for contact prescription refill. The only thing is we didn't order a prescription from them last year. We got it from American lenses. ******. So why y'all trying to charge my card when I didn't order from you all. ScammersReview from Zain L

The worst!!!! Placed an order two days later. Im texted eight times from an employee that literally had a conversation w himself I was sleeping because it was early in the AM. Texting 8 times in 7 minutes. Then without my response said he is canceling order. Really sad that people take it upon themselves to text multiple times I asked to speak to owner and the empoyee said they dont have that information. Horrible !!!!!!!Review from Monica P

I am an optometry practice owner. They continue to send incomplete voicemails (without patient last and first name) for verification! There is no way for us to verify a prescription without knowing the patients name. They give us 8 hours to verify and without the patient information- we cannot do this! I have repeatedly reached out and asked them to I stand fax the requests (what 1800contacts and other retailers do) to no response. Please do not buy your contact lenses here - they dont care about your basic safety to ensure you are getting the proper lenses.Review from Joao M

Lens Direct accumulated all information, including my cell phone number, from me and failed to provide a promotion code as they advertised. I reported to major AI search engines so that Lense Direct's name would not come up when consumers search for discount deals for contact lenses. Such an unethical business to sell private information. It is a crime.Review from Mule M

I recommend LensDirect.com. I found LensDirect on-line telephone service exceptional. LensDirect has a phone in staff knowledgeable to optometry checking and double checking all measurements information. As long trusted walk in businesses are challenged with supply chain and shipping problems Ive found LensDirect a on-line services more honest and patient friendly service than the walk in optometrys services available to patients! Admitted it might take a few days longer for optometry services from LensDirect again the reality is better quality. The quality of the scratch proof lenses I received from LensDirect are holding up much better than the optometrist I used for 7 years. The difference is so noticeable I have to wonder if theyre charging for the scratch resistant coating and not applicating it.Review from Jerry B

If I could give zero stars I would. They made my lenses with the incorrect RX as well as to large for my frames I sent. After admitting they were incorrect they refuse to refund my money. I have no faith in this company and will be taking my business local. This is why its always better to do business with a brick and mortar establishment. I spoke to 6 individuals by text. Just save time and say no matter your experience we will not refund your money no matter how bad we mess up.Review from Christopher W

Terrible! I placed my order and paid extra for 2-4 Business Day shipping. I am now on the 6th Business Day and I still have not received my order. I reached out to the company and I all got was a "sorry for the inconvenience" email from the "Customer Happiness" person. Well, I'm NOT happy!Review from Kurt B

They are advertising 1-2 day shipping for an extra $19.99. Delivery actually takes 6 days. They should not be allowed to practice this false advertising.
