I purchased this LED light for my Emergency Roadside Assistance Vehicle back in late october of 2022 and within a month it already started to Malfunction. I notified the company and informed them of the issue. The issue came and went and then again a few weeks later the light just stopped working all together. I have called LED Equipped multiple times, left voice mails had discussions with a female receptionist on the 800 number and also left emails all of which have not been responded to. This order was several hundreds of dollars and also has a 3 year warranty. I would like my product replaced or purchased back for a full refundBusiness response

this is a clearance item which doesnt carry a warranty and the customer doesnt want to ACCEPT THATCustomer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:This was not a clearance item and also the website says 3 year warranty on all items! They are just not answering the complaint! I am not satisfied with the response and still desire action!!!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:The purchase was for a functioning light, not for a broken light that foes ot work, the receipt implies there is a warranty, the company has not reached out to me one time to resolve this issue, nor have they replied to any emails, phone calls or inquiries. Only after i had made a complaint and left bad reviews and made threats of more bad reviews have they actaully fone anything to respond, and the only response has been that they are not willing to do anything to assist a customer that obviously has a defective product? In my opinion this company is exactly why comsumer properction is needed and is a classic case of why the government has forced compliance with warranty and guarantee issues!
At the end of the day LED EQUIPPED is not replacing my product is because they already know the product is faulty and i will not be happy because the next one they send will probably fail, just like the first one , therefore it only suits them to say no warranty. I will continue ot escalate this case untill resolution.In order for the BBB to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

I ordered a set of emergency lights for my vehicle on 1/23/2023, and they were said to all be delivered on 1/26/2023. Upon opening the boxes, there was only two of the four lights that I ordered. I had to reach out to them only to find out that the two lights in the package were on back order. Upon putting the lights together and trying to install one of the brackets into the visor, I realized that they would not work with the bracket and when I went to remove the screws, the nut came through the housing, the other brackets that I put on the visor lights did not fit for my vehicle . I have contacted the company and they have not resolved the problem. I had asked them to send a return label, and they still have not gotten back to me on this. We have been in contact with the customer and we have been working on a return, he opened a case because we didnt respond to the last email within a few hours, which is absurd
