I purchased an ******** model air purifier manufactured by OdorStop from ***** on 1/17/2022, the change filter light has been on for 2 months now and in that time I've not been able to obtain a replacement filter from anywhere including from OdorStop directly. I contacted OdorStop directly and they said to check ****** who also shows that they're unavailable and that they don't know if they'll be back in stock. OdorStop "hopes" to have some in stock in the next few months but cannot say for sure if they will. I paid $315.99 for this purifier including tax and am beyond irritated that the manufacturer cannot seem to provide filters for it 9 months after the purchase. I feel like they should have to buy these purifiers back from anyone who purchased one so recently if they cannot even supply you with the filters. The device is way too expensive to not be able to get something as simple as a filter for it.Business response

Response taken by phone: We apologize to this customer. We recently had run out of the filter and were also notified by ****** they they had run out too. We have more on order but due supply chain issues there is a delay in getting them. To satisfy this customer we were able to find a replacement for him. We have attempted to contact him to verify his shipping address. As soon as he contacts us to confirm, we will get the filter out to him.Customer response
