We went into this discount store to purchase a bedroom set. My husband and I stated we wanted the dresser, chest bedframe and mattress. The Employee ****** confirm with us verbally with our order and we said yes to the mattress and no to the nightstands that came with the set. We had placed the order mid August to have it ready for September 2. We got the delivery on the second the drivers stated that they could not complete full installment because they had the wrong color for the bedframe. we ordered a silver set and they brought the silver dresser, chest and headboard but the bed frame and drawers were black. I wanted to just leave it how it was, but they insisted that it must be changed. My husband already had taken off work to be home for when they arrive and now the following day I had to call out of work due to their mistake. The next day arrive the installation guy builds the drawers and I notice one is badly cracked where if we kept it after a week the drawer would have been broken completely and another drawer was chipped to where if we continuously used it would break. The next day came and they installed the frame but stated they had to wait to hear from the warehouse about the drawers they sent one night stand and that there was no mattress. We called back the store the employee argued with my husband stating that we didn't order the mattress and that it wasn't included in the price . Then we asked when we can get the mattress today we wouldn't mind waiting because they have delayed us twice already we didn't want to even do business with them anymore. After the mattress couldn't be delivered for that day. I called and spoke to the manager for the location and he also argued that we never ordered the mattress as he wasn't there when we placed the order and was going off word of mouth and simply stated that people make mistakes.Customer response

Before I ordered the dining room set, I was told it was in stock and to let them know when I want it delivered. I put the deposit down on 4/7/24. I went back to the store on 5/10/24 to pay the rest so the dining room set could be delivered. I was told it'll be delivered in a week. They delivered the wrong color a week later. I asked that they pick up the wrong set and deliver the color I paid for. It took a lot of calls and back and forth for them to deliver used, damaged chair. Went to the store to ask them to pick their used furniture (since I paid for a brand new dining room set), they told me not 1 of the 3 people who can refund me my money is available.Customer response
