I would not recommend the Groner Service ************************* in **********, ** because I found them to be extremely dishonest. I was overcharged by $278.07 for an air conditioning system replaced on October 30, 2022. I basically payed twice for a thermostat. Although I provided my credit card information indicating the companys action, after multiple emails and phone calls since November 12, 2022, the company has yet to rectify the problem. I received a call from someone called ***** (I see from another complainant reviewer that his last name is ******) and was assured by the company bookkeeper, ***** *****************************, that she received permission for the money to be credited back to my account. Yet the money was not credited to my account and I have not received responses from subsequent emails. The company secretary ************************* has refused to give me the name of the companys owner. I informed the Groner company on January 13, 2023 that I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and will write internet reviews about my bad and deceitful experience with them.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.
Thank you so much for your prompt response to my inquiry, the Groner Service company took notice and I received a call from *********************** today stating that he will send a check to me right away. I have informed him that I will withdraw my complaint and remove the internet reviews. I am hopeful that he will keep to his word.
