My experience with dealership was one like no other,for starters I spoke with a sales representative on the 15th of November agreed to meet Saturday made the check out for 20k to their establishment was looking to buy the sonic grey honda type r was told because of the amount I was dishing out that a good deal can be made i was contacted by the through a system they use being trucar upon. Speaking to the lady who contacted me she started that the msrp on trucar was correct and that they can honor that msrp upon arriving things changed and they stated that for that particular vehicle msrp from trucar isn't valid i have a printed copy showed it to the sales representative and they wouldn't honor the trucar value .I took a ferry that cost my ***** spent ****** on lunch and dinner ****** for **** round trip just to waste my entire time coming from ct expect for this dealer huntington honda to honor there word regarding the vehicle i made a offer of ***** on the vehicle including tax and they said that I was 5k short from what they wanted i then was. Told to meet them half way of the ***** they wanted so went up another 1k to make it ***** for my offer for them to turn around and state no deal yet again this dealer are scammer price gouging over charging msrp rates and wasting american people time and energy *********** to *********** is no small ride and I did so on a ferry trip to only be played and to add to the sting being told 20k isn't anything for a down payment as if people walk into a honda dealership every day with that amount of money, so yet again thank you honda of huntington for wasting my time and for also removing my review off your website so that customers cannot read or view my experience with the ****** dealership of huntington honda .I also want to state that your email apology does nothing for my time and effort made to arrive at your location via ferry I spent over ****** dollars for nothing an apology would be compensation.

Dishonest bait and switch dealer Took deposit from me for a new CRV when the car arrived they scheduled the appointment for me to pick up the car. I got the bank check and went to pick up the car and was told that the car had not come. Two weeks later they called and changed the *** for me to get the insurance for new ***. After questioning one of the employees said that my car was sold to another customer for a higher price. They didnt refund my full deposit. Manager was very rude, cocky and obnoxious. Told me to call whoever and do whatever but not getting the full refund STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP

The absolute worst experience here. My husband and I came on Friday evening after work looking to lease a car, we could've not been an easier sale for this dealership as we have been doing research and knew exactly what we wanted.Granted both of our credit is not excellent so we came with my father to be a co-signer, who has excellent credit. This dealership screwed us around, ran all of our credit, and wanted to raise the price from what we originally agreed on, and wanted us to come back multiple times. We put a $2k deposit down and they refused to refund us back immediately, but they easily took our deposit. Please steer clear from this dealership as they will make you feel like a fool. I work in the customer service industry and have never felt so horrible after leaving a company.

Their service **** is the absolute worst. Always something. This time I called and asked for the price on front and rear brakes and brand new rotors and specifically said NOT resurfaced i want brand new i had 3 other people in the car listening as the call was on speaker and they put me on hold and told me a price of $660 for both front n rear brakes and new rotors. It sounded off To me so I confirmed brand new rotors not resurfaced n was told yes brand new. Go to my appt today and now its gonna be over $1100. Was told they gave me wrong price ******** i confirmed on phone the price multiple times. Was told to just resurface and i exained They can not be resurfaced as its been resurfaced 3 times already. Was told they might be able To. This constant brake issues is very annoying as I literally been having this issue since the day i bought the car from them. If they did what was supposed to be done I would not ar least should not be having the same issue over and over. And if they quote u a price they should honor the price especially Since it was repeated multiple times confirming what i was asking for! Will not go back to Huntington Honda for anything ever again. Im tired of the never ending issues everytime i go

Please stay away from this dealership. The staff is super rude. They only care for money and if you don't listen to what they offer, they treat you as if you are coming from outer space. I had a misfortunate with rodents in my engine. I went to visit this dealership on Feb 23 because I had many lights come ** in my cluster gauge. They made me wait for 2.5 hours and told me everything is fixed and they clear all codes. While waiting they wanted to sell me a new car. I just paid off my 2020 Honda Accord. They also put preventative rodent tape and guarantee no more rodents will chew wiring. I drove straight home, and I do not recall if I actually checked my backup camera. The next morning I noticed my backup camera doesn't work. I went back and they said the car needs to stay overnight because more rodent damage has been found. I had to engage my insurance company. Yesterday March 8th I went to pick up my car and they told me I have to pay them 5,2030.74. This amount was paid to me by the insurance adjuster which included the first repair for 928. Line Item 10 on the Supplement record showed that this amount was for the first repair. the dealership insisted that's their money and that I have to pay in full if I want to drive my car home. They made me wait for 2.5 hours before the rude service advisor ****** comes around with a tone that they are doing me a favor and accepting ******** for the payment and now I could drive my car home. They did not want to read the insurance company Supplement record. they could not tell my son how much was their labor and parts. However, they wanted to get all the money that insurance paid to me. This dealership is not run by good people. It ran by people who are greedy for money and could be racist towards minorities. None of their staff apologized to me. I could not find my charger and I went to the dealer today (3/9/23). They treated me like a little kid and with a rude attitude. I am 87 years old, I needed help. Stay away.
