Hello. The company is refusing to help me with my problem. I reached out to them about a incomplete order sent them pictures and explained to them several times about how anything can happen to a package once you sent it and it couldve been anything and make a one time exception for me and send me a replacement order and their refusing to help me in any way or form.Customer response
