My ************** Premium was omitted from my 2022 Income Tax Filing and after may hiccups my taxes was amended late 6/23. I told **************** that I would be there to pick up amended tax 6/28. I called and left a message the morning of at what time I would be there; however, the office was closed. On 8/25 I sent a letter requesting that amended 2022 tax document be sent via Return Receipt mail. Upon receipt of mail, **************** called 9/6 to tell me that he did not have the staff to go to the post office and that I can pick up the amended tax paper. I told **************** that my time is just as valuable as his, that he should follow the instructions in the letter and that I was driving and would have to discontinue the conversation. As of to date, I have not received requested documents; as such, I am requesting your assistance to obtain my amended tax return, Moreover, this is an error on Wezpa ****************************** as they should have research "Age Eligibility for ************** Premium" instead of omitting documents which was type written under the heading "2022 Tax Deductions".Business response

*************************** came to Wezpa Consulting on June 23, 2023, to meet with ****************************************** to discuss her 2022 income taxes. She was advised with explanation of her taxes with efforts for client satisfaction.
After the discussion with **************, ****************************************** instructed the staff to package ************** 2022 Federal Tax Return. The tax return was prepared on June 23, 2023, the office communicated with ************** that her taxes were packaged and ready to be picked up. ************** told the office that she will pick up her taxes the following Wednesday. However, she did not come to collect her taxes neither did she call to make any arrangements.
Wezpa consulting did not hear from ************** from June 23, 2023, through to the end of July 2023. The office was closed for the month of August 2023 as customary which ************** is aware of. Nevertheless, ************** sent a letter to the office during the month of August 2023 when the office was closed.
The office was opened in September 2023, and **************** contacted ************** to inform her that the office was opened and he was in receipt of her letter. However, she should come in and collect her taxes because she has some in-house documents to be signed.
************** told *************** that she drives by Wezpa Consulting Office often because she lives nearby,but she has no time to pick up her taxes. She told **************** that he should deliver her income taxes at her home because her time is as valuable as his,otherwise she would report the office to the BBB. Given ************** pattern of behavior, it appears that her action in reporting Wezpa Consulting to the BBB is malicious.
************** behavior to management and staff has been disrespectful and antagonistic; nevertheless, she still continued to receive high professional services. ************** apologized for her behavior on one occasion, yet she continued to be disrespectful to management and staff. Also, her daughter contacted the office and make disrespectful comments to the staff.
Wezpa Consulting always provide excellent services to clients and enjoy a successful customer relationship. Our clients express satisfaction and comment on our professional behavior.Thus, they continue to refer their friends and family. Wezpa consulting is committed to provide outstanding services to all our clients.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:Wezpa's response is a BLATANT LIE. The lase time at Wezpa Consulting Office was Thursday, May 18th 2023. It was then revealed that my ************** Premium ($3,978.12) was not included when they prepared my 2022 Income Tax. Thereafter, all communication with **************** were via mobile and office phones. Late Friday evening on June 23rd, 2023, **************** called me twice. The first call was to obtain the amount paid for my ************** Premium which was provided to the office on the list of 2022 taxable deductions. The second call was to give me the correct amount owed to the *** which was due 6/26/2023 that I insisted paying without incurring additional penalties. I told **************** that I would be there Wednesday 6/28 to pick up amended taxes, to which he agreed. Prior to leaving my house I called the office, no one answered the phone. I left an audible message that I was on my way to pick up amended tax papers. Upon my arrival the office lights were off, and the door locked.
My Desired Settlement remains the same. Wezpa Consulting to send amended ********************************************** my letter dated August 25, 2023. Otherwise, **************** has left me no other option but to pursue this further. Perhaps Wezpa Consulting should consider saving footage from office Ring for the above-referenced date supporting their rebuttal.

Wezpa Consulting has completed, amended, filed taxes with the tax authorities and mailed copies to ************** with certified and registered mail.
In regards to the BBB response, ************** visited Wezpa Consulting on June 23rd,2023, and met with ****************************************** to discuss the tax adjustments to her ************** deduction. During the course of the meeting, ************** had the opportunity to collect her 2022 amended tax return as they were ready; however, she decided to return the following Wednesday, (June 28th, 2023) to collect them. However, she did not return to collected them as scheduled.
************* mentioned that **************** contacted her on a late Friday evening; that is unlikely because ****************************************** does not conduct any businesses on Friday evenings due to religious practices.
The dates and time that ************** reported to the BBB of Wezpa Consulting are inaccurate with the companys operational hours.
Once again, in an effort to resolve this conflict, Wezpa Consulting has mailed *************** taxes with certified and registered mail on October 27th,2023.
We trust that this matter is amicably resolved.
