We have had very good experiences with this company over many years. They do the annual maintenance on our A/C and boiler (Both of which they installed.) and have handled all of our plumbing needs. The staff has always been considerate of our home and professional in their work. Most recently, Devon has been good to "work" with regarding our plumbing problems. Their scheduler has always tried her best to accommodate our needs to meet the seriousness of the problem, our availability and that of the staff.Review from Seneca B

So our propane furnace broke down and it was a Saturday night and we called TJ’s and they sent somebody right out. She was here 20 to 25 minutes and didn’t have any parts with her so she said she had to leave but she charged us $282.96 for that visit the next morning she came back with the part which was approximately $100 part and put it in. She was here for 18 minutes and charged us another $891. I asked her for an itemized list for what she was charging us for and all she would write on the paper was that she charged $175 an hour because it was the normal business hours. She said they charge 125, so no matter how you add it up, she overcharged us we called again and asked them to give us an itemized list. The lady said she would take our information and call us back. She never called us back. We waited days and then called them back again and now we’re still waiting on a callback. We have a newborn in the house and can’t go without heat because of it and they knew that and I feel like they took completed advantage of our situation.Review from Jessica F

Worst people ever! Tried to scam women out of hundreds of dollars when they didn't even do the job right or finish it. Wish I would have heard the horror stories that I've heard about them before we called this scumbag company. DO NOT USE THEM! THE OWNER IS A JERK! They love to scam the elderly and women in any way they can!Review from Cynthia B

I would never call this company ever.They are listed in phone book under ****** plumbing who had very good reviews so they are under that name.They are gang looking and would not trust them.Guy argued he was here for hour and I would have him going into 2 hours which was a lie as I had times on my phone.This totally passed him off.He made a horrible mess my husband had to clean up after they left.
