I purchased a transport service for a mango wood table to be transported from my brother's home in ************** to a property I own in **********, **. Along with the $2,000 fee, I purchased an insurance policy covering that amount in case of loss or damages. The day the delivery was scheduled, the dispatcher called to tell me they had broken the table and had to take it for repairs. That began a two month saga of me trying to get in touch with someone from the company who could send me photos. I was unable to get anyone to respond, even when I spoke to management and they said they would call back. I received another call a month later from dispatch saying the table was on its way the next day. When I met the delivery men, we all observed a big, structural crack in the table that had not been adequately repaired (if at all), and I refused to accept the delivery. They are calling again saying they repaired it again, but I have been demanding to just get the insurance coverage money as the structural damage is too significant, and they will not comply.Business response
