I paid $136.00 to this company classic tube company located at Lancaster NY 14086.And did not receive my new abs pump brake lines.They sent me an email saying I signed for this item Thursday March 21, 2024 at the time of 12:26 pm from a fed ex driver they say delivered this item to my residence.I ******* * **** did not sign for this item that was suppose to be delivered here.Business response

Hello,
FedEx lost the package.
Then delivered the package a day later.
Spoke directly to the customer,
Customer is happy & does not want a refund.

Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
