On 4/8/22 I turned in a lease after 6 months of owning it. I purchased the Dent & Dings And Tire Warranties with this vehicle. I told the Finance guy at this time “Jeff” that I wanted a refund for the unused portion of these warranties and he said he would look into it and let me know. I attempted to make contact with him through my salesman, however, he said he would give him the message when he saw him that I was looking for the refund paperwork, etc. I never heard back from “Jeff”. On 4/27/22 I went to Fucillo (which was recently purchased by *****’s Nissan dealership) and met with whom I thought was “Dan” a manager. We completed the cancellation paperwork and I was told to expect my refund in 4-6 weeks. On 7/5/22 I went back to see what was up with refund and Mike, Manager, tells me there is no one named “Dan” in Finance but there is a “Brendan”. I met with Mike, General Sales Manager, who was relaying this information to “Brendan” in Finance. I never got to see Brendan to see if this was the gentleman I dealt with, however, after waiting a half hour for an answer, Mike came back out and said they do not have access to Fucillo’s warranty records after *****’s took over the company and Brendan sent an email to “Bernice” who deal with Fucillos warranties. I was told he would call me to let me know when he heard from Bernice. I asked if Bernice worked in this building in Latham and was told No”.Since this date, I never heard back and left 2 messages for Brendan to contact me. Still no return call from anyone. During one of my calls to Brendan, I asked the woman in Accounting is Bernice was in the building and she told me she believes she works in Florida. I am attempting to collect my refund, but cannot get any answers from anyone at this dealership. I also emailed Nissanusa and explained my issue and it said I would hear back w/in48 hrs. Still no answers or call backs. This is bad business!Business response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me as of right now. I was told back in April of this year that the form was submitted, so until I get the refund, I won’t believe it until I see it! But as for now, yes, all is good. Thank you

I had traded in my 2017 Nissan Rogue to another dealership to purchase a new car. I contacted Fuscillo Nissan x3 to finally get in contact with Brendan French who emailed me the needed documents to submit to obtain my credit for my extended warranty I purchased with the car. Forms were sent to me on 2/26. I promptly gave them back to them and Brendan emailed me 3/7 they were received and processed. He said it takes 6-8 weeks from cancellation date. I have emailed them 5/2, 5/7, 5/10, 5/15, 5/26, 6/8, 6/18 and have received little to no updates. They are saying since the store was sold they have to contact 4 other stores which doesn’t make sense. I have been more than patient and still have no response of when I would get my refund. Brenden told me once in may when I spoke with him via phone that a check would of been cut second week in may and nothing. Now no one is responding to my emails. It’s now been 15 weeks since I’ve asked for it to be cancelled and all paperwork is in. Please can someone assist me in this matter to get my return on what is owed to me from my extended warranty cancellation. thank you ********* *******Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 1*******, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I filed a complaint previous with BBB regarding collecting my refund from Fucillo of Latham for my extended warranty owed back to me. This is from February. I received an email from BBB that it was resolved and a check was mailed from Fucillo- I have still never received a check. My ID number from the previous case was 1*******. I have reached out twice to Fucillo stating check was mailed over 2 weeks ago and I never received it. They do not answer me. Please assist. I offered to pickup the check at the dealership and still no response.

After much to do I received the check this am from our mail lady… I am going to deposit it today

I purchased a Used 2017 ****** ****** with 6,741 miles on it from fuccillo Nissan of Latham on 3/11/2020. The very next day I called them to set a service appointment up because there was a shake in the front end of my vehicle that I had just bought. They told me to come back in and they will take a look at it. They worked on the car and sent me on my way. Over the last two years I have been back to them 6-7 times about the same shake since I picked the car up. They gave me two brand new sets of tires which have both been worn down. I have 38,027 miles on my car right now. I called Nissan and they sent a outside technician in to look at my vehicle. After two years of the same issue they found that the shaking is caused by bent rims that they say I caused and they will not replace or fix the issue. I don’t see how I caused this issue that has been there since I bought the car and have been mentally fighting with this car for two years and i tried everything I could to resolve the issue without any resultsBusiness response

We appreciate the customer reaching out to us. The customer has received 2 sets of brand new tires from the store since his purchase of the vehicle. The concern that Nissan identified was on 2/28/2022, almost 2 years after the purchase on 03/11/2020. When installing the 2 sets of tires. Our road force balance machine would have identified a issue with a bent rim. Unfortunately there is nothing further we can do for this issue as we believe the bent rims occurred after delivery of the vehicle and that we have provided 2 sets of tires for customer satisfaction prior.
